FFA Boot Camp

Boot Camp sessions are powerful, structured, fun group sessions and destined to help participants achieve their fitness goals!  FFA's Sports Scientists continually design challenging, balanced training routines to keep members stimulated and forever challenged to push personal targets higher and higher. 
Members are assessed to determine risk factors, and receive high octane, outdoor training sessions as well as nutri guidelines where appropriate.
If you are serious about results, and prepared to work for them, Boot Camp can get you there!

FFA Boot Camp
Our brand new Boot Camp group for the Fourways region will kick off on Wednesday 1 September at Fourways High.  Three days per week, and six sessions to choose from.

Boot Camp in Lonehill!

When Tammy asked if she can take part in our first Boot Camp over five years ago, we were a bit apprehensive.  She had quite a history with an injured knee and was concerned whether the program would be a bit much for her.  Her spunky attitude won us over and after determining the extent of the knee injury, we gave her the go-ahead and agreed to monitor the situation along with her.

Boot Camp sessions are held for residents of this estate.  Sessions are held at a variety of slots, including two mornings and one afternoon session.  Emphasis is on developing fitness, strength and lean bodies. 

Boot Camp

High octane sessions for men and women to help with maximum increases in fitness, muscle strength and to stimulate weight-loss.

Sessions include cardio training, flexibility and injury prevention sequences, as well as circuit style endurance routines. Quality training by quality trainers!
