FFA's Sports Scientists continually design challenging, balanced training routines to keep members stimulated and forever challenged to push personal targets higher and higher. Members are assessed to determine risk factors, and receive high octane, outdoor training sessions as well as nutri guidelines where appropriate. I have attended the FFA Bootcamp at Fourways High School for the last 9 months. I continue to thoroughly enjoy going and find the leadership provided by Rhona is both professional and fun. The workouts are balanced, effective and professionally prepared. The start and end times of sessions are consistent and reliable. There is a great group of men and women at both morning and evening classes. Beginners and folk who have been there for a while are catered for appropriately and respectfully.

When Tammy asked if she can take part in our first Boot Camp over five years ago, we were a bit apprehensive.She had quite a history with an injured knee and was concerned whether the program would be a bit much for her.Her spunky attitude won us over and after determining the extent of the knee injury, we gave her the go-ahead and agreed to monitor the situation along with her.
