Comrades 2010
Fitness From Africa was again well represented at the 2010 comrades marathon. Our runners had varying levels of success, including 2 silver medals, 15 Bill Rowan medals and sixteen novices!
Well done to all who made the journey, and a special mention of Peter Kisbey-Green and Adrie Johnson who completed Comrades number 17 each, and achieved a Bill Rowan medal each!
